The importance of genome-based molecular breeding is increasing as standard genome information is revealedand production of genome information is accelerated by the development of large capacity sequencing technology. Based on genome-based precise breeding, we have established a system that can efficiently select usefultraits
(disease resistance and excellent horticultural traits), and research is being conducted on the developmentof DNA markers such as variety 판변 for excellent variety protection.

Molecular Marker Analysis
With the aim of supporting genome-based precision breeding using useful molecular markers, studies arebeing conducted such as early selection of excellent strains, purity testing of developed new varieties in F1 and variety similarity testing.

Plant Pathology
Water also suffers from a variety of pathogens such as fungi and bacterial viruses. These pathogens can migrate from one crop to another or infect whole packages. To overcome this, resistance to various rice plants we are developing resistant varieties in a shorttime through the process of developing healthy vegetables, screening for disease through breeding disease-resistant crops and developing molecular markers, and finding new disease resistant sources.

Tissue culture
In tissue culture, a part of tissue or organs such as leaves, stems, roots of a plant is separated fromthe parent body, and callus is made through aseptic culture to differentiate and multiply the plant to create a purified plant. Plants have the property of pluripotency to regenerate complete plant bodies through various plant tissuesor cell culture, and shorten the breeding time of family line, supply various useful genetic resources through cell fusion,and create new genetic resources through various technologies we have developed.
